Get ready to spike up your hair (not you, Ryder) and don your best blue or red karate suit, because the Lee brothers are coming back to your console.
Double Dragon: Neon, developed by Wayforward Technologies, is set for release via Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network in July. Staying true to the 2D brawler roots of the series, it’s been given a classic 80′s shine to it – as the title suggests – plus some cool upgrading options and weapon combos. No doubt we can expect a spot of online co-op play too.
The original Double Dragon title was released on Xbox Live Arcade almost five years ago, while Neon is set to be the first original game in the franchise to be released in this territory for 18 years. If that isn’t worth a jumping high five, I don’t know what is.
This is a must buy for me, I loved playing double dragon, heck, I still love playing DD
