Harvest Moon: A Mini Living Garden

Day 1

To countdown to the launch of two Harvest Moon games on Nintendo DS this week, Rune Factory 3: A Fantasy Harvest Moon and Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar, Rising Star Games are asking us to become mini farmers.

Check out our 10 day farming process leading up to the release of the two games:

DAY 1: We unfolded the garden postcard and made it into a nice mini garden. Then added the seeds and water. We could have painted it I guess.

DAY 2: Here it sits and already the little seeds are beginning to show signs of life. This could actually work you know.

DAY 4: These little guys had a party over the last two days. Look at ‘em go! Day 3 didn’t happen by the way!

DAY 5: When they start growing they don’t stop!

DAY 6: They are beginning to take over the world. Some of the little plants still wear their seeds as helmets. Bless!

DAY 7: All is well in the mini garden. They are yet to die, be trashed, or prematurely eaten! Which Harvest Moon are you looking forward to? The action/RPG Rune Factory 3 or the traditional Grand Bazaar?

DAY 8: The plants have overtaken the mini garden. Not long until these bad boys can be harvested and sold at the Grand Bazaar.

DAY 9: One day to go. As you can see these bad boys are desperate to escape the mini garden.

DAY 10: They won’t get any bigger than this. Their growing is complete.

Rune Factory 3: A Fantasy Harvest Moon and Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar are both available now on Nintendo DS.
