The much anticipated release date for PopCap’s Plants vs. Zombies on Xbox Live Arcade has finally been revealed. From next Wednesday, the 8th of September, the game will be made available for download.
It will come at a price of 1200 Microsoft points, and has already proved rather popular amongst PC and iPhone gamers in the past. To get a look at what you can expect from the title, check out VG Slave’s story from earlier this month.
The release was confirmed by Xbox Live’s Major “Don’t Call Me Lord” Nelson, who also confirmed the release of Dance! It’s Your Stage the same day. It’s the start of another busy period of releases for the Xbox Live Arcade service, which will culminate in the Games Feast promotion at the end of the month. Games confirmed for the feast are Hydrophobia (September 29), Comic Jumper (October 6), Pinball FX 2 (October 13) and Super Meat Boy (October 20).
